“Design your own bags and I’ll create your collection”

My name is Ornella Auzino. I create bags for third paties. I was born in a family of Neapolitan leather goods and I have lived in the factory since I was a child. It was for me a world full of magic and enchanted artisans.

I am lucky enough to collaborate with designers and brands who entrust me and my collaborators with the development and production of their collections of Made in Italy bags.

Before delving into the information on the website I need to tell you something:

  • I HAVEN'T A SAMPLE BOOK because I develop the original idea and design of the customer
  • I DON'T MAKE PRICE QUOTATION of hypothetical bags: you have to give me the price of your bags, so our collaboration will be more efficient
  • I DON'T MAKE APPOINTMENT in the factory if we haven't talk in depth about your project

A collection of bags is a dream, but few people manage to make it become true.

Why does this happen?

When people like you want to start a new project and want to change their supplier, a lot of problems happen from my experience I can tell you what are the most frequent ones:

1. LACK OF ATTENTION TO YOUR PROJECT

When you are looking for a supplier, it's hard that they pay attention to your project.
Artisans are always busy (or so they say).
Start up projects (or changing-supplies projects) must be planned at every stage and need certain timing.

2. EVERYONE WANTS YOUR MONEY, WITHOUT SCRUPLES

You are swimming among the sharks. Everyone wants your money and often you'll have your bags not as you immagine them, with some flaws and delays in delivery.
You will not know how and when your bags will be done.

3. YOUR BAGS WILL REALLY BE PRODUCED BY THE THIRD PARTY?

Many of them invite you to the factory for the first meeting. After this the factory 'disappears' and becames an inaccessible place.
They don't want you to enter in the factory while they produce.
Maybe they have a lot of work to do, or, they commission your project to others.

The things I just told you, are the problems I have heard more often when I met new customers.

On my website you'll find the prices, and some insights about materials and abbout my story
